Who are the 5 people you spend the most time with? Do those people support and accept you as you are?
We are influenced by many things in life. The people we spend time with, the information we consume, the communities we live within, the fuel we give our bodies, the quality of our sleep, the air we breathe, the thoughts we think, and the list goes on. The trick is to notice how these influences impact how we feel, especially how it translates over into how we feel about ourselves.
In this week’s note, I’ll be digging into this topic with a few of my favorite mindset strategies to support you to stay true to your path, despite the many influences in your life.
