Remember the Good
Life is filled with outside noise, but your inner wisdom holds the key to clarity and peace.
Tip for remembering the good: Take a moment to appreciate the guidance that comes from within. When we trust ourselves, we connect with the truth that grounds us and allows us to see the good that already exists in our lives.
Feel Your Best
Pause and tune in. Notice your thoughts and words—are they coming from love or fear?
Tip to feel your best: By observing yourself without judgment, you create space to feel centered. Trust in the calming, gentle voice of your intuition—it’s always there, guiding you to act from a place of strength and authenticity.
Reset As Needed
When doubt creeps in, remind yourself: you don’t need outside validation to trust your path.
Tip for a reset: Start small—believe in your wise inner voice for the little things, and watch how it becomes easier to rely on it for life’s bigger decisions. Reset your focus on the truth within you, and know you are enough.

Some people like to map out their forthcoming week on Friday to ease into the weekend, knowing they are ready to hit the road running on Monday. Others (like myself) have a Sunday planning ritual. Do what works best for you. Over the years, in supporting many people in their planning and goal-setting, it seems to work best to pick a day of the week that’s easy to stick to so that your weekly planning becomes a habit and ritual.
