"Happiness isn’t just found in the highlights, but in the moments you choose to embrace along the way."
Happy Thursday,
I hope this week’s note finds you well. Life isn’t just about the big highs or the tough lows—it’s also about the in-between moments, the quiet spaces where we catch our breath and simply be. But how do we embrace these pauses instead of rushing to the next thing? In this Thursday’s note, I share simple ways to find peace and presence in “How to Embrace the In-Between Stages of Life.” Read on for inspiration and tips to remember the good, feel your best, and reset as needed.
This week’s topic and inspiration come from the article “How to Embrace the In-Between Stages of Life.”

Remember the Good
Life is a collection of moments—some dazzling with joy, others heavy with heartache. But in between the peaks and valleys, there is a quiet space where life simply is. It’s easy to measure our happiness by the highlight reel, celebrating the big wins and reminiscing about the moments that took our breath away. Yet, the ordinary days—the ones filled with simple routines, shared laughter, and small acts of love—are just as meaningful.
Tip for remembering the good: Take a moment to remember the good, not just in the grand milestones, but in the everyday gifts that make life beautiful.
Feel Your Best
When life slows down and the next big adventure feels far away, don’t rush to fill the space. Instead, lean in. Breathe deeply. Let yourself notice the details—the warmth of the sun, the rhythm of your breath, the quiet magic of a peaceful moment.
Tip to feel your best: Rather than searching for the next high, find ways to nurture your soul in the now. Whether it's savoring a morning coffee, moving your body in a way that feels good, or simply allowing yourself to rest, these small acts of presence bring a sense of renewal that fuels true well-being.
Reset As Needed
The in-between moments aren’t empty—they’re an invitation. A chance to pause, reset, and reflect before the next chapter begins. If you find yourself restless or uncertain, try shifting your perspective.
Tip for a reset: Instead of seeing stillness as stagnation, embrace it as an opportunity to listen to yourself, reconnect with what matters, and find peace in simply being. There is no rush—give yourself permission to rest, recalibrate, and trust that the next step will unfold in its own perfect time.
