🌿 Feel Your Best
Feeling your best is not about masking your emotions or forcing yourself to be positive. It’s about recognizing that you have a say in how you treat yourself. Ask: “How do I most want to experience this next moment?” Speak kindly to yourself. Out loud. “I’m okay. I’ve got this.” These small shifts make a difference.

🔄 Reset as Needed
Life is made up of many intervals of time. The end of one experience in your day is the beginning of another. Take in three slow, deep breaths. Ask: “What am I releasing? What am I making room for?” Whether things went well or not moments ago, now is your chance to reset with intention. Choose how you want to frame and feel in the next experience before you.

When you are about to end one experience and start another, say aloud or to yourself, “New experience coming up!” It’s playful, hopeful, and true. Every moment is a new opportunity to feel different.
