"A new season and opportunity for a reset is always around the corner."
Happy Thursday, and happy first day of Spring!
Today is the equinox, signaling the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere and the first day of fall in the Southern Hemisphere. These natural shifts in the seasons offer a perfect opportunity to reflect on what matters most to you and create a clear plan to move forward.
This week’s Happiness Note is all about using the changing seasons as a built-in reset—so you never feel like you’re just drifting through life. Want to start fresh and set yourself up for success?

Remember the Good
Life moves fast, and it’s easy to overlook how far you’ve come. But when you pause to acknowledge your journey—this season, this month, this week—you create space for gratitude and joy. Every step you’ve taken, every challenge you’ve navigated, and every small win along the way has shaped the path you’re on.
Tip for remembering the good: Take a moment to celebrate. The progress you’ve made is worth recognizing, and it’s a reminder that you are capable of moving forward with purpose.
Feel Your Best
When you give yourself the gift of clarity, you unlock the ability to live with intention. The seasons offer us a natural rhythm—a chance to check in, reassess, and refocus.
Tip to feel your best: What is working well in your life right now? What needs to shift? Tune inward and trust the answers that come. With each new season, you have the opportunity to design a life that aligns with your deepest values and desires.
Reset As Needed
A fresh start is always within reach. Instead of waiting for the perfect moment or the start of a new year, embrace the power of seasonal resets. Break big dreams into small, realistic steps, and focus on showing up for yourself daily.
Tip for a reset: When you allow yourself to pivot, refocus, and adjust as needed, you stay connected to what truly matters. The path forward is yours to shape—one season, one step, one moment at a time.

Planning for Next Week📝:
Use the framework below to plan your upcoming week: March 24th - March 30th.
Some people like to map out their forthcoming week on Friday to ease into the weekend, knowing they are ready to hit the road running on Monday. Others (like myself) have a Sunday planning ritual. Do what works best for you. Over the years, in supporting many people in their planning and goal-setting, it seems to work best to pick a day of the week that’s easy to stick to so that your weekly planning becomes a habit and ritual.
