“It’s in the slowing down that we return to what matters most.”
Happy Thursday,

This week’s Happiness Note is a gentle nudge to pause, tune in, and let yourself feel good again, without needing to earn it. You’ll find simple practices to anchor your day, soften your pace, and reset when life gets heavy. Come check out this week’s note and reconnect with what matters most.

💛 Remember the Good
Sometimes, life feels like it’s moving too fast—like one day flows into the next. But when we anchor our day with intention and gratitude, we create space to remember the good. Morning rituals ground us in how we want to feel, while evening rituals help us let go and notice what we’re grateful for. These small practices help us appreciate the journey as we go.
Tip for remembering the good: Start your day by naming one thing you’re grateful for, and end it by letting go of what no longer needs your energy.
🌿 Feel Your Best
We often have one foot on the gas and one on the brake, skipping over the pleasure in our day. But when we allow ourselves to let pleasure in, we begin to shift. Joy isn’t something we have to earn—it’s something we can choose to notice and enjoy. Whether through fun, play, or simply being, tuning into what brings us joy is one of the kindest things we can do for ourselves.
Tip to feel your best: Fine-tune your joy list, and then take time today to enjoy one thing on it just because it feels good.
🔄 Reset as Needed
Some days, the dark cloud returns, and we find ourselves resisting life again. But the good news is this: we can hit the reset button as often as we like. Resetting might look like laughter, a pause, or a simple shift in perspective. There’s no perfect way to live this life—just infinite chances to try again.
Tip for a reset: When things feel heavy, take a moment to breathe, laugh, or pause—your next reset is always available.

Do what works best for you. Over the years, in supporting many people in their planning and goal-setting, it seems to work best to pick a day of the week that’s easy to stick to so that your weekly planning becomes a habit and ritual.
