💛 Remember the Good
In a world that constantly demands more from us—more awareness, more productivity, more responses—it's easy to lose sight of what grounds us. But remembering the good doesn't require grand gestures. Sometimes it simply means noticing the quiet moment when your mind is at ease, or recalling the freedom you felt when you let go of something heavy. The good isn’t gone—it’s just buried beneath the noise. Reconnecting starts with remembering.
Tip to Remember the Good: When you feel overwhelmed, pause and name three things you’re grateful for in that moment, however small.
🌿 Feel Your Best
Stillness isn't about doing nothing. It's about choosing presence. In the quiet, we meet ourselves. We soften into being, instead of constantly bracing for what's next. Feeling your best doesn’t always come from adding more to your plate—it often begins with subtracting the noise. When we allow ourselves to feel fully, rather than fix or flee, we create space for peace and clarity.
Tip to Feel Your Best: Start your day without screens. Instead, take five minutes to breathe, stretch, or simply check in with how you feel.
🔄 Reset as Needed
Life will keep swirling, but that doesn’t mean we have to swirl with it. A reset isn’t a restart—it’s a return. A return to what lights you up, what centers you, what brings you back home to yourself. When we set rituals that help us realign, even the most chaotic day can be transformed into one guided by intention.
Tip for a Reset: Create a weekly ritual (like journaling, nature walks, or planning with intention) that helps you reconnect to your inner happy place.

Put it into Practice: Planning for Next Week📝:
Use the framework below to plan your upcoming week: May 12th - May 18th.
Some people like to map out their forthcoming week on Friday to ease into the weekend, knowing they are ready to hit the road running on Monday. Others (like myself) have a Sunday planning ritual. Do what works best for you. Over the years, in supporting many people in their planning and goal-setting, it seems to work best to pick a day of the week that’s easy to stick to so that your weekly planning becomes a habit and ritual.
